Masak dengan api kecil sampai empuk. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih hingga harum. Begitu nasi matang, langsung angkat, jangan biarkan nasinya di rice cooker.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk ayam, tumis bumbu halus sampai matang dan harum, masukkan ayam&lt;br /&gt;aduk hingga rata, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk nasi pepes 1 porsi, didihkan air dalam dandang. Buat lubang di bagian tengah adonannya, kemudian masukkan telur dan susu. Aduk rata, hingga menjadi adonan yg halus. Diamkan 1 jam, hingga adonan mengembang. Tambahkan mentega cair, aduk kembali hingga tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Panaskan cetakan di atas api, olesi dengan mentega. Aduk tepung terigu, tepung kanji, telur, air khi dan garam sambil diuleni hingga tercampur (jangan sampai elastis).&lt;br /&gt;2.
